Tzatziki is a cucumber yogurt sauce that originated in Greek cuisine. Having a delicious sauce is so important to complete a meal. This dairy-free tzatziki sauce is bursting with flavor and is deliciously creamy - without the dairy!
Tzatziki sauce can be used in a variety of ways! Enjoy it in a wrap (like this falafel wrap), on sandwiches, as a dip for your favorite veggies, as a spread on crackers or bread, mixed into pasta dishes - the possibilities are endless!

Number of Servings: Makes 1 1/4 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup plain, unsweetened dairy-free yogurt (soy, almond, coconut, oat, etc)*
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, or more to taste (can sub 1 tsp dried dill, to taste or other herb like mint)
Juice of 1/2 small lemon, to taste
1/2 tsp salt, to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon, salt, herbs, etc as needed.
Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine.

Notes
Greek style dairy-free yogurt will be extra creamy
If you like to use a lot of sauce, simply double the recipe for extra sauce!
